Bob Walick, President & Owner Bob has over 26 years of Liebert experience, with the last 22 years being utilized in field engineering and sales for all of the Liebert products. He is responsible for the overall management of Walick-Kemp and serves as the sales engineer for high availability power protection and environmental control systems. Bob is a 1981 graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University in with a B.S. in Econ-Management. He joined Liebert after graduation in the factory for manufacturing experience, only to be quickly moved into sales support administration. Bob has truly done it all for Liebert Corporation since 1982.

Andy Charron, P.E., Account Executive Andy is a lifelong native of Williamson County, with over 19 years of sales, contracting, service and engineering experience in the Middle Tennessee market. He graduated in 1990 from Vanderbilt University with a bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering. Ten years following graduation, he worked as a commercial sales representative for The Trane Company in their Knoxville and Nashville districts. For the past six years, he has been with a local Design-Build Mechanical Contractor managing their commercial construction department. Andy’s background and experience are proving to be a valuable resource for our customers and our company since his arrival in May of 2005.

DeAna Bagwell, Accountant DeAna, also a Nashville native, joined us in the spring of 2007. She graduated in 1984 with a bachelor degree in Accounting. She comes with 20 years accounting and bookkeeping experience, and we are happy to have her as a part of the Walick-Kemp team.

Brandon Palmore, Account Executive Brandon Palmore joined our team in April 2009. Originally, from Nashville he now calls Hendersonville, TN home. Brandon brings with him over 8 years experience in electrical contracting and electrical build design. Brandon received a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from the University of Tennessee in 2001 and holds an Associates Degree in Electrical Engineering from Nashville State Technical Community College. Brandon’s extensive experience and enthusiasm will play a critical role in our future growth.

Drew Barnett, Inside Sales Coordinator Drew joined us in May 2009 from Columbus, Ohio. With over 4 years of experience in domestic and international sales from the Liebert Corporate office, he brings an abundance of knowledge and dedication to customer satisfaction. Drew graduated with a bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University in 2006. He is also well versed in the practice of process improvement as a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma, providing him with insight and skills that make him an invaluable asset to our company.

Daniel Hundley, Parts Manager Daniel joined us in July 2009 from Dallas, TX where he worked as the Parts Manager for the local Liebert Representative. Daniel brings with him 7 years of Liebert experience, and an additional 4 years in wholesale parts/counter sales. He received his Associates of Arts in 2009 and is currently working toward a Bachelor of Business. We are excited to have Daniel fill this essential role and continue the growth of our Parts division.

Brittney Ray, Inside Service/Parts Coordinator
Brittney joined our team in March of 2011. Originally from Colorado Springs, CO she now calls Nashville, TN home. Brittney brings with her over 3 years experience in service, sales support and dispatching. Brittney received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Trevecca Nazarene University here in Nashville in 2008 and holds an Associate Degree from Orange Coast Community College. Brittney earned athletic scholarships at Mesa State College (Colorado) and Trevecca Nazarene University for volleyball. Brittney’s energy, drive and enthusiasm will ensure continued excellence in our company.
