Bob Walick President & Owner
Bob has over 26 years of Liebert experience, with the last 22 years being utilized in field engineering and sales for all of the Liebert products. He is responsible for the overall management of Walick-Kemp and serves as the sales engineer for high availability power protection and environmental control systems. Bob is a 1981 graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University in with a B.S. in Econ-Management. He joined Liebert after graduation in the factory for manufacturing experience, only to be quickly moved into sales support administration. Bob has truly done it all for Liebert Corporation since 1982.

Andy Charron, P.E. , Account Executive
Andy is a life long native of Williamson County, with over 19 years of sales, contracting, service and engineering experience in the Middle Tennessee market. He graduated in 1990 from Vanderbilt University with a bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering. Ten years following graduation, he worked as a commercial sales representative for The Trane Company in their Knoxville and Nashville districts. For the past six years he has been with a local Design-Build Mechanical Contractor managing their commercial construction department. Andy’s background and experience are proving to be a valuable resource for our customers and our company since his arrival in May of 2005.

Rob Preininger, LGS Contract Specialist/Partner Channel Manager
Rob brings ten years of data center focused telephony, data and network security sales and design experience. Certified in Nortel, AVAYA and Cisco systems Rob has contributed to improving process flows, increased revenue and lowered overhead costs for companies in all major industries related to service contacts and reseller relationships.

Stefanie Schlueter, Business Manager
Stefanie joined us in February 2005 from Cleveland, Ohio. With 5 years experience in the sales world, she comes with a wealth of energy, excitement and positive attitude to motivate the office. Stefanie is responsible for our companies marketing and business innovation. She also manages the daily operations of our parts division WKA Parts.

Shatika Jones, Operations Manager
Shatika joined us in September 2007 and is a native of Nashville. She has over 10 years experience in organizational planning, procedure development and process improvement. Shatika received her Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration from Strayer University in 2006. She has come to us from Cardinal Health with 8 years experience in the Information Technology industry. Shatika’s knowledge and training are key to the operational success of the business.

DeAna Bagwell, Bookkeeper
DeAna, also a Nashville native, joined us in the spring of 2007. She has come with years of banking and bookwork experience. She offers the insight for day to day accounting operations in keeping our business growing. We are very excited to have DeAna on the Walick-Kemp team.

Amber Rutledge, Receptionist/Inside Coordinator
Amber joined our team in June 2008. Originally, from East Tennessee she has made her home in Nashville. Amber graduated in 2006 from Tennessee Technological University with a B.A. in World Cultures and Business. Her enthusiasm spreads throughout the office in her daily interactions with customers and staff. We look forward to Amber’s continued growth within the company.
